I made a small update to the weather block and have released a new version (v2.3). The update only impacts two files display_weather.php and the code for the weather phpblock_getweather() in lib-custom.php. The new version now has a configuration option to toggle the location form on the block display on and off. See step #5 in the README.txt file for more details. You can download the new code here.
