I assume this is from GXBlocks downloads.  GXBlock was one of the original plugin writers for Geeklog.  Some of his stuff like the journal was not quite complete.  As far as I can tell, he took the photo plugin and modified it to be the journal plugin.

To be honest, I have never looked at most of GXBlock's work.  He said he was no longer going to offer downloads and I offered to place them here so they would not be lost.

Tony has recently updated his journal plugin -- I would suggest getting a copy of that.

The history of the Journal plugin is confusing :-)

It was originally started by Tony and it seems he based it on another plugin that never got finished. That\'s where the references to the \"photo plugin\" come from (and I think there were even some references to yet another plugin in the comments somewhere).

Mr. GxBlock picked this (unfinished) work up one day and made it work - more or less. This is the version that you can download from the GPlugs site now.

In the meantime, Tony has made another version of the plugin (based on his own work, not on Mr. GxBlock\'s). That version is available from the main Geeklog site (www.geeklog.net). If you\'re interested in this plugin, I would recommend you try this version.

However, even that version still has its flaws, though ...
